This software and associated files (the “Software”) can only be used (executed, configured, executed after configuration) with a valid EPOPTIA Subscription, or Purchase order of the One-Off Purchase plan for the correct number of workstations.

With a valid Partnership Agreement with Epoptia Inc., the above permissions are also granted, as long as the usage is limited to a testing or development environment.

You may develop Epoptia peripheral modules based on the Software and distribute them under the license of your choice, provided that it is compatible with the terms of the Epoptia MES License.

Modifications on the source code of the software are not allowed without the written permission of Epoptia Inc.

The current license is non-exclusive to the company that acquires the “Software” and the Rights of the “Software” will remain the property of Epoptia Inc, including the actual software, the name, the copyright, the distribution rights, and even the intellectual property rights.

It is forbidden to transfer the license, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software.

The above copyright notice and this permission notice must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
